Free while in early access · no card required

This isn’t another course you watch.

You complete real business work. LaunchOS evaluates it. If it isn’t strong enough, it shows you exactly what to improve. You revise it and progress — the same way a sharp mentor or investor would push you, but available the moment you need it.

Real work, not videos

You produce actual venture assets — a brief, an offer, a test plan — not lecture notes.

Honest, specific feedback

A score out of 100 and a clear next step. It challenges you without discouraging you.

A real bar to clear

Reach the pass mark to move on — 60 for Stage 1, 70 from Stage 2 on. You might not on the first pass. That’s the point.

Inside the product

You always know exactly where you stand.

Your journey map shows what you’ve passed, what you’re working on, and what’s still locked. Nothing opens until you’ve earned it — so progress actually means something.

You can see yourself grow

Not just progress — measurable growth as a founder.

As you work through the stages, your Coach builds a living picture of how you’re developing — five core capabilities that fill in as you get stronger, drawn from your real work, not a quiz. You always know where you stand and the one thing to sharpen next.

A coach that keeps you focused

Founders never run out of ideas. That’s the danger.

The next shiny idea is how most founders lose the thread on the one that was actually working. So your Coach gives you an Idea Vault: park the new idea the moment it strikes — don’t chase it, don’t lose it — and stay locked on the venture in front of you. When you’re ready, ask your Coach for a quick take on any of them.

Capture the idea. Keep the focus. Nothing gets lost.

Park it free. Ask your Coach anytime. Focus stays where it belongs.

Only you can see what’s in your Vault. We can see that you’ve parked ideas — never what they are.

Before we help you build the business, we’ll challenge whether you’re building the right one.

It starts by understanding you — your strengths, your blind spots, and the kind of founder you are. Then every piece of feedback is tuned to you, not to a generic template.

What you walk away with

Not only more knowledge, but a more developed business — and the honesty that got it there.

A direction you can trust

Clarity on what you’re building, who it’s for, and whether it’s worth your time.

An offer people actually want

Shaped by real customer evidence, not assumption.

Proof of demand

Evidence that people will act — before you’ve overbuilt anything.

A launch-ready plan

Sales, economics and a first-30-days plan you could act on.

Founder Launch Studio develops your thinking and your plan. It doesn’t guarantee any particular business result — those depend on you and the market.

Why Founder Launch Studio exists

Why I built this

I’ll be honest with you about why this exists.

About ten years ago I was kicking goals, and a lot of that came down to one thing: every week I sat down with a business coach. He cost me $550 an hour, and he was worth every cent — not because he taught me things I didn’t know, but because he kept me honest, kept me on track, and told me the truth when I was drifting.

I’ve spent my life building. I started young in design and signwriting, and learned early that you could take something simple, add your own touch, and make it worth many times more.

From there I opened a video store as home entertainment took off — but I could see it wouldn’t last. As streaming closed in, I sold up and got out early, because it was already clear to me that subscription was where everything was heading. That same instinct had me building subscription website templates before WordPress even existed.

Then came more than twenty years in financial services — work that took me across Asia, to Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Thailand and the Philippines. Those years gave me more than deals; they gave me real friendships and connections that have lasted, people I still work alongside today. I shipped two iPhone apps in the first app-store wave that got picked up in the media, and during COVID I built a machine that could sanitise a space automatically, with no human touch. Today I’m in property — managing, buying, selling, and running my own developments.

Ideas have never been my problem. Direction is. Even the best builders drift — we fall for the new thing, or lose the thread on the one that’s actually working. What I always needed was a coach in the chair across from me: honest, unimpressed, keeping me pointed at the right goal.

So I built one. Founder Launch Studio is that coach — now available the moment you need it, at a fraction of what I used to pay. It challenges your thinking, it won’t flatter you, and it won’t let you move forward until your idea genuinely holds up. Because that’s exactly the coach I needed.

And I suspect you might need it too.

Questions

Is this just another business course?

No. You don’t watch videos and collect certificates. You do real business work, your Founder Coach evaluates it, and you can’t progress until your thinking is genuinely strong enough. It behaves like a venture coach, not a content library.

Who can see my idea?

Only you. We don’t read the content of your submissions or the ideas you park in your Idea Vault — our admin tools are deliberately built to show us that you’re progressing and where you’re getting stuck, never what you’re building. Your work is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your feedback, and under their current terms it isn’t used to train their models. The one exception is the free First Look tool on the homepage. You can use that without an account, and we keep those ideas for research — without your name or account attached. We don’t link them to a member’s account, and we don’t attempt to work out who wrote one. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

What if my idea isn’t good enough?

Then you find that out now — cheaply, on one page — instead of after months of building. And you’re shown exactly what to strengthen. Discovering an idea is weak, and knowing why, is one of the most valuable things this can do for you.

Do I already need a business?

No. You can start with just an idea. The first stage is about getting honest clarity on what you’re building and whether it’s worth pursuing.

How long does it take?

As long as building a real business honestly takes — usually weeks to months. You progress by reaching a pass, not by rushing. The lessons are short; the value is in the real work between them.

Is the feedback really AI?

Yes. Your Founder Coach is AI-powered — available anytime, consistent, and specific. It’s designed to challenge your thinking, not flatter it. It’s for learning, not professional, legal or financial advice.

What does it cost?

It’s free to start — sign up and begin the journey right now at no cost. When paid plans open, Stage 1 stays free and Stages 2–7 become a monthly subscription. Join first as a founder and you lock in $49/month — half the $99 standard rate — for as long as you stay subscribed. (The founding perk is the locked-in price, not free access.)
